Feeding garlic to animals consistently blocks cancer. Harvard scientists immunized hamsters against certain cancers by putting ground-up onions in their drinking water. A leading researcher on garlic is Michael Wargovich, at Houston's M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. He (I) some mice purified diallyl sulfide from garlic, and others plain mouse grub, followed by powerful carcinogens. Mice eating the garlic substance had 75 percent fewer colon tumors. More impressive, (II) given agents that cause esophageal cancer in mice, (III) a single one getting the diallyl sulfide CAME DOWN WITH cancer!
